Corporate Skardu packages are a different operation from leisure tours: bigger groups, tighter timelines, real budgets, and an HR team that needs a proper invoice.

What corporate tours we run in Skardu
Leadership off-sites for 10-25 senior people, hosted at Shigar Fort or Khaplu Palace with private dining, board-room AV and a dedicated facilitator if needed. Team retreats for 25-50 people at the Shangrila Resort, with breakout halls, a lake-side bonfire night and optional adventure activities (mountain biking, rafting, a guided Basho hike).
Incentive trips for sales teams of up to 60, designed as a reward — premium hotels, no formal sessions, a packed schedule of memorable activities including a Deosai jeep day and a private dinner on the cold desert. Venues and logistics
For sessions and meetings we book the boardrooms at Shigar Fort, Khaplu Palace and the Shangrila Resort. All three have AV (projector, screen, wireless mic) and reliable wifi sufficient for video calls and short presentations. For larger groups we use the Skardu Serena Hotel and the K2 Hotel, both with full conference facilities.
Transport for corporate groups is a fleet of 4-7 private 4×4s with senior drivers, coordinated by a dedicated on-trip manager who travels with you. Meals are planned around the schedule — buffet for working days, plated for celebration dinners, and we will set up a cold-desert evening as the final-night experience if you want it.
Pricing and invoicing
Corporate packages are quoted bespoke — there is no off-the-shelf price because the right number depends on hotel tier, group size, session days vs activity days, and AV requirements. As a benchmark: a 3-day senior off-site at Shigar Fort for 15 people typically lands at PKR 850,000-1.1M all-in; a 5-day company retreat at Shangrila for 40 people typically lands at PKR 2.4-3.2M.
We issue full GST invoices in your company name, work with your travel desk for direct billing, and accept advance bank transfer or cross-cheque against the proposal. Cancellation terms are documented in the contract and protect your team against weather-related changes.
